WHIP AND ICE

Whip n Ice is an easy to use, extremely versatile whip-up icing and filling! Perfect to pipe on cupcakes, layer in naked cakes, fill your desserts and more! Its stiff peak consistency allows you to pipe designs such a rosettes without losing shape. Whip n Ice is stored in the freezer but will remain a liquid.

After being whipped, Whip n Ice can be kept out of the fridge for 5 days or stored for 5 weeks in the fridge. This versatility makes it perfect for outdoor events.

Note: Product is stored frozen and is only available for pickup in store.

Simply whip in your mixer on medium speed until desired consistency, add colour or flavours and mix through.
