FONDANT CUTTER / EMBOSSER SET – AVANTI

The Avanti® Fondant Cutter and Embosser Set is a handy cake decorating kit for creating fondant ribbons, delicate shapes and embossed patterns. It includes detachable wheels in 7 edge styles. Easy to use, just snap the axle of the chosen wheel into the handle slot. This set includes one plain cutting wheel and six embossing ones, of which two can be stored on board. Wheels create great-looking dots or waves to give your fondant cake texture. To cut strips, attach the straight-edge cutting wheel. Roll out fondant on to a cutting mate with grid lines using grid marks to determine width. Roll the wheel along a ruler to cut perfect strips. For embossing, attach one of the seven patterned wheels – wavy or ridged. Roll wheel along the fondant in any direction. The wheels create great-looking dots or waves to give your fondant cake terrific texture. Remove strips from mat with an angled spatula.
