Pastry and Ravioli Cutter wheel made by Ghidini in Italy. This fluted pastry wheel is used to make the familiar ruffled edges of lasagna, ravioli, and farfalle or to spruce up the lattice strips on top of a pie. Use on all types of pastry too.
