FONDANT SMOOTHER – AVANTI

The Avanti® Fondant Smoother is the essential tool to shape and smooth rolled fondant on cakes. It is ideal for use with fondant icing, sugar paste and marzipan. It works easily on top, edges and sides. After you have laid the fondant on top of your cake, it allows you to shape fondant to the sides, smooth out dents and marks. Trim off excess fondant with a sharp knife. A professional smooth and even finish every time!
