Croquembouche is a French dessert made by stacking cream puffs in a conical shape and cementing them together with a toffee. The dessert is typically ornamented with sugared almonds, or other ingredients, and it is designed to be displayed as the centerpiece of a table.
HIRE $15 per day
Cake tins and cupcake stands can be collected from 10:00am on the day of hire and MUST be returned to the store by 10:00am the following day.
As we are closed on a Sunday, hired items taken on a Saturday must be returned by 10am on the Monday.
A Refundable Deposit is required, payable upon collection, refer to the item description for Deposit amount.
Due to the booking procedure ALL hire bookings must be phoned through to the store on 07 4724 2522 during trading hours.
Unfortunately we cannot accept email bookings or interstate booking requests.
