Terms and Conditions


  • All laybys are for a period of 8 weeks, require an initial 10% deposit and fortnightly payments.
  • Laybys can only be collected in full once the layby is paid in full. 
  • Products within them cannot be released separately.


Overdue Layby’s

Should your layby become overdue we ask that you please contact the store and request an extension.

Once a lay-by has expired customers will receive a courtesy call from the Manager inviting them to come to the store and collect it. If the customer has not come in within 7 days a second call will be made informing the customer that they have 7 days to collect the lay-by or it may be cancelled. If the customer has not collected the lay-by after 14 days it will be cancelled. 


Cancelling a Layby

  • Customers who wish to cancel their layby may request their payments to be returned in full.
  • Any refunds will be given in the same tender in which they were made
