What is the il Mondo Loyalty program?
The il Mondo Loyalty program offers our valued customers an opportunity to receive reward points based on spend.
How does the il Mondo Loyalty program work?
For every $1 dollar spent in the one transaction*, you will receive ONE reward point. Redeem 30 points for $1 credit. You must be an il Mondo Loyalty member and advise staff of your membership on every transaction.
*Mondo Espresso Coffee Cart purchases, Gift Card purchases, Cake Decorating Class Fees, Cake Tin Hire Fees, Loose Leaf Tea, Knife Block Sets, Electrical Goods, GST, and any packaging and delivery charges do not qualify towards Loyalty Points.
How do I sign up to become a member?
You can sign up to become an il Mondo Loyalty member in store.
What if I have not advised staff of my loyalty membership when making purchases? Are points included or have they been missed?
Our Staff will ask you at the start of the transaction process if you are a member of our Loyalty Program. If any purchases were made and you failed to advise staff of your loyalty membership, you will not be able to accumulate points. Reward points are computer generated and cannot be recalculated or re-issued.
When do the reward points expire?
Rewards points are valid for one year from the date earned.
Where can I redeem my rewards points?
Reward points can be redeemed in store (not available online).
Can my rewards be used on discounted/promotional sales?
The reward points can be used on all products in-store including discounted product or promotional sales.
Can the rewards points be redeemed for cash/credit, gift vouchers or lay-by?
These rewards points are not transferable, cannot be used on lay-by deposits or payments and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or gift vouchers.
il Mondo Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
• Earn 1 point for every $1 dollar you spend
• Redeem 30 points = $1.00
1.1 The il Mondo Loyalty Program is conducted in accordance to these terms and conditions. By joining the il Mondo Loyalty Program, you agree to join the il Mondo mailing list and to be bound by these terms and conditions and any variations to them.
1.2 You agree to receive periodic notification via email, or conventional post, outlining news, offers and other information relevant to il Mondo products and services, unless you tick otherwise on the joining form.
1.3 il Mondo reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice and in its absolute discretion.
2.1 Membership is available only to persons 18 years or over.
2.2 You agree to hold one membership only; and not apply for multiple memberships, whether by using multiple postal addresses, email addresses or otherwise.
2.3 You agree to keep your contact details up to date.
2.4 il Mondo may accept or refuse an application for membership for any reason, in its absolute discretion.
2.5 You are responsible for all use of your membership and associated benefits. Il Mondo Loyalty Program benefits are not transferable.
3. Loyalty Points
3.1 You can earn Loyalty Points by advising the staff member at time of purchase of your Loyalty membership.
3.2 The current Loyalty Points rate is 1 point for every $1AUD spent at il Mondo in a single transaction. Mondo Espresso Coffee Cart purchases, Gift Card purchases, Cake Decorating Class Fees, Cake Tin Hire Fees, Loose Leaf Tea, Electrical Goods, GST, and any packaging and delivery charges do not qualify towards Loyalty Points. Loyalty Points earned on lay-by purchases will be applied in full on final payment of your lay-by.
3.3 If you return any goods for a refund the Loyalty Points you have earned for that order will be reversed.
3.4 Loyalty Points expire 12 months following the date of issue.
3.5 Loyalty Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
3.6 Loyalty Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
3.7 Loyalty point value of redemption 30 points equals $1 credit off next purchase.
3.8 Loyalty points can only be redeemed in multiples of 30.
3.9 il Mondo will keep a record of the Loyalty Points that you earn. il Mondo reserves the right to correct your Loyalty Points balance without notice if there are any errors in the award or redemption of points.
4.1 You may unsubscribe at any time with written notice by; (a) Going to the “Contact Us” page on the il Mondo website with a request to unsubscribe. (b) Sending a request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org; or (c) giving notice by post to il Mondo, Shop 4, 48 Kings Road, Hyde Park Qld 4812.
4.2 On termination of your membership to the il Mondo Loyalty Program, any unused Loyalty Points will be automatically forfeited.
4.3 il Mondo may vary or terminate its il Mondo Loyalty Program at any time, without notice in its absolute discretion. il Mondo is not liable for any loss arising from termination or variation, including loss of Loyalty Points or reduction in the value Loyalty Points. Variations may include but are not limited to changing the ratio of Loyalty Points earned to the amount spent; changing the expiry period of Loyalty Points.
6. il Mondo
6.1 The il Mondo Loyalty Membership is conducted by il Mondo ABN 37 902 305 642.
6.3 These Terms and Conditions apply to the il Mondo Loyalty Program in general. Any additional competitions, or special offers are subject to their own set of conditions, which will apply to you, if you choose to participate in the additional activity.
